Ordering & Delivery
Where do you deliver to?
Orders from this website are delivered within the UK only. Our Etsy shop also ships to the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan and most of Europe.
How much is delivery?
UK delivery is free and tracked on every order from this website.
How long will my case take to arrive?
Each case is printed to order and is usually dispatched within 1–2 working days. UK delivery then usually takes 2–3 working days.
Where are your cases printed?
Every case is printed and dispatched in England.
Your Phone Case
Which phones do you make cases for?
We make cases for Apple iPhone, Samsung Galaxy and Google Pixel, including the latest iPhone 18 and Galaxy S26 models. You’ll find the full list in the phone model menu on each product page. If your phone isn’t listed, get in touch and we’ll check whether we can make it.
What are the cases made of?
Our tough cases have two layers: a hard polycarbonate outer shell and a flexible, shock-absorbing TPU inner lining. Together they protect your phone from drops and bumps.
Can I use wireless charging?
Yes. You can charge wirelessly without taking the case off. The cases don’t contain magnets, so they aren’t MagSafe compatible.
Glossy or matte?
Every design comes in a glossy finish. Matte is also available on newer phone models. Check the finish options on the product page for your phone.
Do you make custom or personalised cases?
No, we don’t offer custom designs. Every case uses one of our own original designs, and there are over 70 to choose from.
How are your designs made?
Every design starts as our own idea. We create the artwork with the help of AI image tools, then refine and check each one by hand before it’s printed to order.
Returns & Help
What is your returns policy?
Every case is made to order, so we can’t accept returns or exchanges if you choose the wrong model or change your mind. If your case arrives faulty, damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we’ll send a free replacement or give you a full refund. Just contact us within 21 days of delivery with a description and a video or a few photos of the problem. See our Refunds & Returns page for full details.
