Where do you ship too?

Via this website we only ship to the UK, but in our Etsy shop we also ship to: USA, Australia, New Zealand, Most of Europe, Canada & Japan.

What are your shipping costs?

Mainland UK delivery is free.

Where are your fulfilment centres?

We have a fulfilment centre in the England, United Kingdom.

Generally how long is processing and shipping?

UK pocessing is usually 1 – 2 working days and shipping is the same 1 – 2 working days.

Which phone models do you create phone cases for?

We create phone cases for iPhones, Samsung Galaxy and Google Pixel only. The exact models are shown in the “Phone models” dropdown menu on each product listing and also in the listing description.

What are your returns and refunds policy?

All Chimpanzeebra phone cases are made to order—crafted uniquely for each customer once an order is placed. Because of this, we can’t accept returns or exchanges if you choose the wrong size, colour, or simply change your mind.

However, if your item arrives faulty, damaged, or with a manufacturing defect, we’ll offer a free replacement or full refund. Just contact us within 21 days of delivery with a description and video or several photos of the issue, and we’ll make it right.
