Chimpanzeebra offers custom-made tough phone cases for iPhone, Samsung Galaxy, and Google Pixel. All cases are made to order and available in matte or glossy finishes.

2. Orders and Payment

Prices are listed in GBP and include applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely via WooPayments. We reserve the right to update prices or discontinue products at any time.

3. Shipping

UK shipping is free. Orders are processed within 1–3 working days and delivered within 2–3 working days. For international orders, please visit our Etsy store.

4. Returns and Refunds

All cases are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged due to the wrong make / model, design, or preference being ordered. If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 21 days with photo or video evidence for a refund or replacement.

5. Privacy

We collect only the information necessary to fulfil your order and provide support. Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy and is never sold or shared for marketing purposes.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and images on this site are the property of Chimpanzeebra. Reproduction or use without permission is prohibited.

7. Liability

Chimpanzeebra is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our cases offer protection but do not guarantee prevention of device damage.

8. Order Cancellation

We may cancel orders at our discretion. If canceled, you will be notified and refunded in full.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site implies acceptance of any changes.
